Shipping
The customer may selected between a per-item shipping charge as explained below, or a flat-fee charge for the order.
The per-item shipping charge is made up of a handling charge of £1.50 for each order plus £1.00 postage and packing for each item, and is added to the order at time of checkout.
Parcels weighing less than 600g are shipped by First Class post and should arrive the next day.
Parcels weighing over 600g may be shipped by Parcel Post and may take 3-5 days for delivery
The exact length of time in transit is outside of our control. Please contact us if you require a guaranteed delivery time
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns
Returns will only be permitted under the following conditions:-
- MrUSB is notified of any fault within 7 days of despatch
- MrUSB is notified or intention to return the goods under the 7 day rule, within 7 days of ordering the goods
- Prior authorisation has been obtained by e-mailing sales@mrusb.co.uk
- Goods are returned immediately (following authorisation), unused, complete and in the original packaging
- Faulty goods meeting these criteria will be repaired or replaced free of charge
- Refunds, other than for faulty goods or goods returned under the 7 day rule, will be subject to a 10% handling fee and will not include shipping. This is to cover the costs incurred, including the credit card charges.

It is recommended that you obtain a certificate of posting (available free of charge from the Post Office) in order to be able to claim compensation should the parcel be lost in the post.
