Applicable Law
All contracts are conducted according to English law.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by such law, as applicable at that time.

Title
Title to the goods does not pass until payment is received in full

Acceptance of Orders
Acceptance of all orders is at the discretion and on the terms of MrUSB
Any order not accepted will be immediately credited in full
Orders for mutliple items may not be accepted as shipping costs may exceed that charged.
(please note that margins are kept to a minimum and may therefore not cover the additional carriage charge)

Returns
Returns will only be permitted under the following conditions:-
- MrUSB is notified of any fault within 7 days of despatch
- MrUSB is notified of your intention to return the goods under the 7 day rule, within 7 days of ordering the goods
- All goods returned under the 7 day rule are returned at the customers expense
- Prior authorisation has been obtained by e-mailing sales@mrusb.co.uk
- Goods are returned immediately (following authorisation), unused, complete and in the original packaging
- Faulty goods meeting these criteria will be repaired or replaced free of charge
- Refunds, other than for faulty goods or goods returned under the 7 day rule, will be subject to a 10% handling fee and will not include shipping. This is to cover the costs incurred, including the credit card charges.

Warranty
All goods come with a one year warranty against defective parts and workmanship.
The warranty is on the basis of return-to-base at the customers expense, for repair or replacement.
All goods returned must be in the original packaging with complete contents (CD, manuals etc)
All guarantees and warranties greater than one year (where given) will be by and the responsibility of, the manufacturer.

Payment is to be made at time of ordering.
Payment is handled by either by WorldPay or Paypal using their secure server.
At no time are your credit/debit card details stored or accessible by MrUSB.

They may not be used in any manner that may cause confusion or discredit.

Product Description

Prices shown striked through are either what we believe to be High Street prices or that previously advertised on MrUSB.
Prices are shown inclusive of sales tax (VAT)
Prices are subject to a shipping charge at the appropriate rate.

MrUSB reserves the right to refuse or terminate an account, remove or edit content or cancel an order at any time at their sole discretion.
